2. Paint the front door
Freshen up the entry with a clean coat of paint. Over time dust will accumulate making it look dull. Consider washing it at least.

Hard surface floors such as hardwood, tile, luxury vinyl planks, and high-end laminate are a very desirable feature to home buyers. Clean or replace if needed. Carpet in bedrooms should be replaced if worn and stained. Cleaning or even re-grouting tile can make them look brand new! And don’t forget about the baseboards, a quality baseboard 4+ inches or higher will make a dramatic impression. Give them a nice deep cleaning or consider replacing if needed.
4. Refresh the landscaping.
The front of the home is the first impression. Dress it up with plants and flowers, trim the hedges and trees. Add in more rocks if needed. And don’t forget to clean the sidewalks and driveway.
